1. Subscription Model
Funding Yield OS ("FYOS") is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to our analytics tools and features for the duration of your billing period.
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets and billing cycles (monthly or annual). The specific features and pricing for each tier are described on our pricing page.
2. Refund Policy
All payments for FYOS subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Because FYOS is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated. This includes:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Upgrades to higher tiers
- One-time feature purchases (if applicable)
We encourage you to use any available free tier or trial period to evaluate FYOS before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion:
3.1 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong amount), we will refund the erroneous charge.
3.2 Service Unavailability
If FYOS experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the service, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund.
3.3 First-Time Subscribers
If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment, we may consider your request on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to renewals.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at billing@fyos.pro with your account email and a description of the issue.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to FYOS until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
If you cancel an annual subscription, you will have access for the remainder of the year, but no refund will be issued for the unused months.
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier (e.g., Desk to Pro):
- The change takes effect at your next billing date
- You will retain access to higher-tier features until then
- No refunds or credits are issued for the price difference
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the entire year at a discounted rate. By choosing annual billing, you commit to the full year and acknowledge that:
- Annual payments are non-refundable
- Early cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund
- You may cancel to prevent renewal, but access continues until the period ends
7. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refund will be issued
- Access will be terminated immediately
- You will not be entitled to any compensation
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You may be permanently banned from FYOS
- We will contest the chargeback with documentation

9. Currency and Taxes
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. Refunds, if issued, will be in the same currency and amount as the original payment, less any applicable fees.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions retroactively. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
