FYOS provides data, models, and analytics only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice.
All information presented on FYOS, including but not limited to funding rates, APR calculations, half-life models, crowding metrics, and capacity estimates, is for informational and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. You should not rely on FYOS as the sole basis for any financial decision. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial advisors before making any trading decisions.
Past performance, including any historical data or backtested results shown on FYOS, is not indicative of future results.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies, perpetual futures, and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can move against your positions rapidly
- Perpetual futures involve leverage, which amplifies both gains and losses
- Funding rates can change direction quickly and without warning
- Market conditions, including liquidity and exchange availability, can change at any time
- Past funding rates and returns are not indicative of future performance
FYOS makes no guarantees regarding profitability, accuracy of predictions, or future market performance. Our models are based on historical data and assumptions that may not hold in future market conditions.
4. Platform Access
Access to FYOS is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Abuse of the platform or its features
- API misuse, including excessive requests or automated scraping
- Security violations or suspected unauthorized access
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Engaging in activities that harm other users or the platform
We may also modify or discontinue any feature of FYOS at any time without prior notice.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including:
- Your login email and password
- Any API keys generated through your account
- Access tokens and session information
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
FYOS is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from compromised account credentials or unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, models, methodologies, documentation, user interfaces, and content on FYOS are the exclusive property of Funding Yield OS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
- Create derivative works based on our platform or methodology
- Resell or redistribute access to FYOS
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FYOS for your personal or internal business purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYOS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Trading losses or lost profits
- Loss of data or business opportunities
- Damages arising from market volatility or adverse price movements
- Losses caused by exchange outages, delistings, or liquidity issues
- Damages resulting from reliance on our analytics or models
- Any interruption or unavailability of our services
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for FYOS services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FYOS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of FYOS
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your trading activities or investment decisions
- Any content you submit or transmit through the platform
9. Third-Party Services
FYOS may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to cryptocurrency exchanges and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing those terms before using any integrated services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of FYOS after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform, but you are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FYOS shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
